Terms of Service - Nara AI (Evaluation Pilot)

Last updated: 7 September 2026. This is the evaluation-pilot version. Where it conflicts with the signed participation agreement, the participation agreement prevails.

These terms govern your use of Nara AI ("the Service") during its evaluation pilot, built and operated by its founder as a sole proprietorship ("we", "us", "the operator"). By using the Service you agree to them.

§ 1 Evaluation pilot

The Service is provided free of charge for evaluation and feedback. We may change, suspend, or withdraw it, and end your access, at any time. The pilot period is limited (normally one month).

§ 2 Drafting aid only - no regulatory use

The Service produces DRAFT narratives to assist a qualified human. Drafts are not validated, are not medical, legal, or regulatory advice, and must not be used for any regulatory submission or in place of your own professional judgement. Every output requires review and explicit sign-off by a qualified person. There is no submission or transmission path to any regulator, and none may be added.

§ 3 Your responsibilities

You must enter synthetic or fully de-identified cases only - never patient names, initials, dates of birth, medical record numbers, addresses, or real case identifiers. You are responsible for de-identifying your inputs and for the accuracy, review, and use of any draft you sign off. The built-in identifier masking is a safeguard, not permission.

§ 4 Acceptable use

Access is limited to invited, verified participants. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another participant's data or workspace, upload unlawful or infringing content, probe or attack the Service, or use it to build a competing product. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

§ 5 No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. It is not validated software, and output may be incomplete or incorrect.

§ 6 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on a draft produced by the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

§ 7 Data

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The full data-protection terms are set out in the participation agreement.

§ 8 Governing law

These terms are governed by the law stated in the participation agreement between you and the operator.
